Santa Paws will be making a special stop at the studio throughout November only this year — he’s simply too busy in December to pop back! ✨ What’s included in your session: A 15-minute studio experience with Santa Paws A small digital gallery to view and choose from (1 image included) A festive treat bag for each dog A Nice List certificate A toy for each dog. 💷 Price is per dog. Please book each dog separately so the booking system allows enough time per pet. If you’d like your dogs photographed together, just drop me a quick message so I know to prepare. 🐶 Nervous dogs welcome — Santa and I are both experienced with dogs, and if needed, Santa can meet your dog without his beard to avoid causing worry (and put it back on for the photos.) These sessions are calm and quiet, making them ideal for pets who don’t enjoy busy Christmas fairs. However, if you think your dog may bite or react aggressively due to fear, please do not put them in this situation. 📍 Important info: The studio is upstairs, so both humans and dogs must be able to manage the stairs. Free onsite parking for one car. Street parking is often available nearby, and we’re directly opposite a bus stop. 📩 Any questions? Cancellation Policy

Normal sessions(Not weddings, events or packages ) 75% refund if cancelled within 7 days of the shoot date. 10% refund if cancelled within 3 days of the shoot If you can not attend your appointment please let me know as soon as possible. You can reschedule a maximum of two times but please do this at least 3 days before your photo shoot date. Please ensure you cancel or request a reschedule via telephone call or text, the number is 07765764866. Please do not email. LOCAL LOCATION SHOOT Unless cancelled because of inclement weather the Normal session policy detailed above will apply. PACKAGES Individual photoshoots within a package. Rescheduling,please give a minimum of 3 days notice if you need to reschedule one of your shoots, rescheduling can take place a maximum of two times per individual shoot. Cancellation outside of the 3 day period will result in a no show and will be taken off the total amount of shoots attended for the package eg 5 shoots 1 no show means 4 shoots remaining in the package. PACKAGE CANCELLATION. All packages can be cancelled completely for up to 14 days after the date of sign up. You will receive a full refund if no services from the package have been used / no sessions attended, otherwise you will receive a discount based on what has already been used. Weddings & events, deposits are non refundable unless cancelled within 14 days of booking. Balances are due 1 week before the event is due to take place, therefore once a balance is paid there is no option for refund. Any payments towards the balance that have been paid earlier than 1 week before the event will be refunded at 50% only if the event is cancelled more than 7 days in advance. Event refunds could take upto 60 days to process.
